Dyeing
Identifying the processing technics isa critical area for fabric quality, Auctus Apparel has in place a sophisticated set-up of facilities for Yarn-Dyeing, Fabric Dyeing, Bio-Wash, Softening etc., the expertise of which is reflected on every garment manufactured. Fabric finishing is an important activity, which ensures the stability of a garment.
Cutting
Lay cutting machines that are highly advanced are been installed in our lay cutting unit. We work with the high-precision automatic cutting machines and also use band knife fabric cutting machine.
Printing
We have our own printing unit which uses two methods of printing. Table printing or the manual printing is water based printing method. We can print 10000 pieces per day. Auto machine printing (MHM) is oil based printing method in which we can print 10000 pieces per day. Our unit can print all types of prints like Flock print, Puff print, High density print, Photo printing, Rubber print, Foam print, Transfer print, Night glow (Radium) prints, Plastisol print, Gel print, Matt print etc. with perfect finish.
Embroidery
Exclusive embroidery machines are used in marketing aesthetic designs through looping, cording, bring, Chain Stitch, Chennile, Moss Stitch (loop), Boring design and sequencing. A high precision laser cutter is being used in Applique work.
Stitching
We have modernized units having volume of 100 nos. imported sewing machines with all essential accessories with skilled workers which can produce any type of garments to the international standard.
Our unit is built with social good intension for the labours good health and fresh mind to under good atmosphere which enables to produce fine garment.
Finishing
In Checking section Shade variation, garments shape, sleeve to sleeve uneven, collar shape, neck shape will be checked. Trimming alone will be done. The verified garments are steam- ironed to make them wrinkle-free and attractive. The packaging unit takes care of the packing process. Here garments are neatly packed with utmost care. Once the packaging is done, the garments are sorted out for shipping.
